11/20/2011 Ray is one of the best and most professional property managers I have ever met. He always returns my calls quickly, responds to emails the same day and has been very responsive to problems with the unit. In one incident, a water pipe in my neighbor's townhouse burst and sent inches of water into my unit through the common wall. Ray responded the same day I found water coming into my unit. He worked with me, my neighbor, the owner of the unit, all the insurance companies and the contractors to get the damage repaired. Regarding rental agreements that are mentioned by other posters - I don't know where their comments are coming from. The rental agreement I received was standard and very thorough. As a buyer, where he represented our best interests. I obviously liked his abilities, otherwise I wouldn't have used his services multiple times. He's extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and experienced. He focuses on the details, and his process ensures a smooth transaction. I bet the previous reviewers did not read or understand their contracts, and were disappointed when they were unable to bail on the commitments they agreed to. Ray did his due diligence before deciding renting the condo to us. In addition to checking credit scores, he personally visited our previous home before signing the contract with us. During the 5-year period, we had three incidents, including an issue with the washing machine, an issue with the shower and a problem with some electric wires on one side of the wall. All the incidents were resolved very quickly and in a truly professional manner. I could reach Ray by telephone any time and emails were always replied within hours. He did a great job for us, taking care of every detail and advising us on the best course of action. He is very responsive and thinks of everything. I was very happy with his work and found him to be very skilled, knowledgeable and honest. Later I asked Ray to help me find a condo. Again, he did a great job with plenty of great advise based on his years of experience. I was very pleased with the results. This summer, 2011, Ray is once again my property manager for a condo that I am leasing out. He assisted me in getting the condo ready and found the tenant and is managing the property. Along the way, he has sold three of our rentals. For management, he covers everything, is always responsive keeping us up to date and informed as to progress on maintenance projects, tenant and owner issues. On sales, he has walked us through the entire process in full detail and covered all phases of the selling process so that we felt very confident in our transaction. I like doing business with Ray in that he almost answers his phone on the second or third ring. Relative to e-mails, we always have a personal response within hours.
